- Bay Horse Inn. Thirty-five acres with an outdoor ceremony site and a reception hall for up to 300. We have been a preferred vendor here for 10 years.
- Folktale Weddings & Events. A historic mansion on nearly two acres downtown, well suited to elopements and micro weddings.
- Grafton Peek Social Hall. A historic hall at Main and Madison in Old Town Greenwood for up to 150 guests.
- Valle Vista. A country club with a covered veranda for year-round ceremonies, where we serve as your officiant.
Having a smaller ceremony? Couples also choose the gazebo at Craig Park, or keep it simple at our office.
Getting Married in Greenwood
Greenwood is in Johnson County. Indiana residents apply for a marriage license with the clerk in the county where either of you lives, and for Johnson County that office is at the courthouse in Franklin. Indiana has no waiting period and does not require witnesses, so once you have your license you can be married that day.
We sign your license at the ceremony and explain how it is returned to the clerk, so the legal part is taken care of.
